This website is operated by ZÄE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ZÄE. By accessing or using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Use of Our Services

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have permission from a parent or guardian.

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit the quantities of any product.
• Discontinue products at any time.
• Update product descriptions, pricing or imagery without notice.

We make every effort to display colours and product details accurately; however, we cannot guarantee an exact representation on all devices.

Due to exceptionally high demand, our current loungewear collection is available for pre-order. All pre-orders are scheduled to be dispatched from Thursday, 3rd September 2026. Once dispatched, delivery will take approximately 3–5 working days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete.
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors. We are not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging attached. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Orders delivered within the United Kingdom or European Union may be returned for a refund or exchange, subject to our Returns Policy and any applicable consumer rights.

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom and European Union are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for a refund, except where the item is faulty, incorrect or where a refund is required under applicable consumer law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. Original delivery charges, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Any additional shipping fees, duties or taxes associated with an international exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order items are products reserved before they are available for dispatch. The estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the relevant product page or stated within these Terms.

Made-to-order or personalised items are created specifically for the customer and are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, you must notify us at info@zaelondon.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, branding, designs and text, is the property of ZÄE.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

All products are used at your own discretion.

We aim to ensure that all information on our website is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free.
